The only exception is if Your order has not been delivered and You have not received any communication from Us within 21 days of Your purchase. In that case, You may submit a refund request through Our contact form for review.
Refund Eligibility

Every personalized reading is written personally by Me and is never generated or mass produced. Each order includes 10 or more professionally prepared PDF reports, which requires significant time, research, and careful attention to detail.
Under normal circumstances, most personalized readings are completed and delivered within 1 to 2 weeks of purchase. During periods of high demand, additional time may be required to maintain the quality of each reading.
If Your order has not been completed within 21 days of purchase and You have not received any communication from Us regarding the delay, You may request a full refund. If additional time is needed, We will contact You before the 21 day period has ended to provide an updated delivery timeframe.
Duplicate Purchases
If You accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact Us as soon as possible through Our refund request form.After verification, duplicate purchases may be eligible for a refund at Our sole discretion, provided the duplicate order has not already been fulfilled.
Non Refundable Circumstances
